Rules and regulations for accreditation before 1 Oct. 2009

The legal foundation for DANAK’s work is stated in the Law on Industry and Trade Promotion and in statutory orders. DANAK’s assessment activities are based on the standards of the DS/EN 45000 series, DS/EN ISO/IEC 17000 series and DS/EN ISO 15189.

These standards are interpreted in Guidelines issued by the European Accreditation cooperation European co-operation for Accreditation (EA), the International Accreditation Forum, Inc. (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC).
