DANAK's Advisory Committee - Environment (testing)

Purpose and members

The committee provides DANAK with guidance on matters regarding fundamental principles of environment (except michrobiology).

Within the above-mentioned field the Committee may:

  • discuss requirements for accreditation and matters concerning the operation of the accreditation scheme;
  • comment on draft proposals for requirements documents, technical regulations, guidelines and EA and ILAC documents;
  • discuss the interpretations of specific requirements;
  • discuss special requirements for laboratories in connection with public authority requirements;
  • assist in disseminating knowledge concerning accreditation and DANAK.

Members are nominated by the stakeholders listed below:

  • The Danish Environmental Protection Agency;
  • The Danish Working Environment Authority;
  • Local Government Denmark (LGDK);
  • Danish Regions;
  • EUROLAB Denmark;
  • Danish Industry;
  • Reference laboratories nominated by udpeget The Danish Environmental Protection Agency;
  • The National Institute of Occupational Health;
  • The National Environmental Institute

Proposals for consideration

Accredited bodies and others with an interest in this field may propose questions for consideration in the committee. Please, contact the committee secretary for further information regarding proposal of questions:
